Other custom pool design companies simply line up sub contractor after sub contractor resulting in an increased expense (another “middle man”), and unnecessarily long time to complete (6 months – 1 year), and a poor grasp of the “vision”. Some companies even require you to contract some portions of the project on your own like fencing, electricians and plumbers. Nearly every aspect of construction is performed by actual Genesis employees including: gas line installation, electrical conduit installation, tile, coping, custom stone work and waterfalls, slides, patios, walk ways, custom masonry, pool code fencing, plantings, gas torches, cabanas and pavilions, required walls, lighting, grading, lawn restoration, irrigation, and plantings.

You deal with one person from start to finish. The owner of Genesis will meet with you personally, perform the concept design, assemble your proposal, handle all question and concerns, and will even be a physical working member of the installation crews. Expect to see him daily.
